As a Legislative Performance Auditor with the Colorado Office of the State Auditor, Mr. Olaya collaborated in administering performance and compliance audits of state agencies. Through this work, he gained practical experience with the function of government agencies, regulatory processes, and administrative law.

Mr. Olaya graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2021. During law school, Mr. Olaya clerked for two in-house legal departments and the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Olaya earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Washington University in St. Louis’ McKelvey School of Engineering.
