Jens Omdal joined Pollart Miller in 2021. Mr. Omdal is experienced in representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation defense, subrogation, civil litigation, and other employment related disputes.
Mr. Omdal graduated from Houghton College in 2016 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in United States History. He earned his juris doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2019, and was admitted to the Colorado Bar that same year. Mr. Omdal is also licensed in Arizona.
While in law school, Mr. Omdal was the Managing Editor of the Journal of Public Interest Law where he earned the Best Comment Award for his article Believing Without Seeing: The Trouble of Eyewitness Misidentification. Mr. Omdal’s article The Battle Between Privacy and Progress: How Genomic Companies Plan to Move into Personalized Healthcare and What it Means for Your Privacy was published in 2020.
During law school Mr. Omdal served as a law clerk for several law firms in the New Orleans area, including a successful Medical Malpractice and Insurance Defense law firm, and a Personal Injury Firm.
Mr. Omdal enjoys playing and watching sports, cooking, and spending time with his family.
