Erin Loveland joined Pollart Miller as an Associate Attorney in 2025.

Since joining Pollart Miller, Erin has focused her practice on insurance defense litigation, including representing companies and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and liability matters.

Erin graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in May 2024. During Law School, Erin served as Associate Editor and Staff Editor for the Denver Law Review. Erin also obtained a Corporate and Commercial Law Program Certificate. In her first year of law school, Erin worked as a judicial intern at the Arapahoe County District Court, gaining insight into the judicial process. In her second year of law school, Erin worked as a legal intern for a large publicly traded corporation, gaining experience in a variety of corporate law practice areas. In her third year of law school, Erin interned at a Civil Litigation law firm, where she represented clients and gained hands-on litigation experience.

Erin is a Colorado native. Erin graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology in 2019. Following graduation, Erin joined the Peace Corps and left for Guatemala to complete her mission as a Rural Development Facilitator. Erin returned to Colorado to begin her legal career at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

In her free time, Erin loves to travel, explore museums, read, and play chess
