Zack Alberts joined Pollart Miller in 2025, where he concentrates his practice on insurance defense litigation.
Zack represents employers, insurance carriers, and self-insured entities in workers’ compensation and liability matters, delivering strategic counsel and effective advocacy.
Before joining the firm, Zack earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Water Law Review. He is also a board member of the Helene Rebuild Collaborative, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to rebuilding homes and infrastructure following the 2024 hurricane.
Hailing from Indiana, Zack takes advantage of the mountains and rivers in Colorado by snowboarding, rock-climbing, mountaineering, and whitewater kayaking, when not buried in books or binging movies.
