Since joining Pollart Miller, Claire has focused her practice on insurance defense litigation, including representing companies and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and liability matters.

Claire graduated with her JD at the University of Nebraska College of Law in December 2025.  During law school, she worked in-house at a Nebraska hospital network as well as the United Pickleball Association where she gained experience with employment, administrative, contract, and compliance matters.  Claire received a concentration in sports law from the college of law, and she assisted in organizing two teams to attend the Tulane Professional Football Negotiations Competition where her and her partner won Best Brief.  She also served as president of the Sports Entertainment & Business club.

Born and raised in the Denver area, Claire spent time out of state attending Baylor University where she graduated in December 2021 with a BBA in Sports Strategy & Sales.  She moved to Los Angeles to work for a sports consulting agency for two years before moving to Lincoln, Nebraska in August 2023 for law school.  Claire is excited to have returned home to Denver.

Outside of work, Claire will either be watching sports, skiing, hiking, golf caddying, or spending time with her family and friends.
