
Megan Bornmann joined Pollart Miller, LLC in May of 2023.
She has represented a wide range of clients in workers' compensation, employment law, wage claims, civil litigation, bankruptcy, debt settlement, and family law. She has extensive experience in both representing and defending a wide variety of civil litigation and administrative law matters.
Ms. Bornmann focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, including representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and liability matters, as well as representing clients in various civil litigation matters including tort claims, insurance subrogation, Title VII, the ADA, FMLA, and unpaid wages.
Prior to joining Pollart Miller, LLC, Ms. Bornmann practiced employment law where she handled cases involving discrimination and unpaid wages, representing clients in civil litigation, both in state court and federal court, and with the EEOC. In addition, Ms. Bornmann served as an of counsel for another law firm involving these same types of cases and assisted with bankruptcies for several years.
Prior to working in employment law, Ms. Bornmann represented individuals seeking debt settlement relief and those in collections litigation. She began her legal career in family law, both as a paralegal and an attorney. Ms. Bornmann worked as a paralegal for nearly 10 years throughout her undergraduate and law school studies.
Ms. Bornmann grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana but has called Arizona her home since 2016.
Ms. Bornmann enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her beloved rescue dog. After growing up in the Midwest, she likes being in the Arizona sun and loves to go hiking and camping. Ms. Bornmann is also an avid football fan and is frequently at Arizona Cardinals games.
