Welcome to the Pollart Miller File Drop

THE FASTEST AND MOST SECURE WAY TO SEND FILES

  1. Fill out each required field on the left of the form.  These must be completed to upload a file.
  2. Upload files by dragging a file over the area with the file icon (to the right) or by clicking “Browse files” to select a file from your computer.
  3. Make sure all files are uploaded before exiting your web browser.
Tips & Things to Know:
  1. Do not encrypt or password protect files.
  2. When scanning documents, make sure they are not scanned in color unless needed (i.e. photographs).
  3. Do not exceed 300 dpi when scanning or converting documents to upload.
  4. There is no limit to the number of files that can be uploaded.
  5. All file types are accepted.
  6. Individual file size limit is 100 GB. If your upload process cannot be completed in 18 hours, we recommend breaking your upload into smaller segments.

This portal is powered by ShareFile. PM File Drop is a secure portal that maintains the integrity and security of documents by using SSAE 16 Type II certified data centers and by meeting all of the requirements of the HIPAA Final Omnibus Rule of 2013. In addition, all files uploaded are automatically encrypted using 256-bit SSL. For more information about their security, click here.

Select "Services, Office" in top Recipient menu to send files. Once file upload status is 100%, you will see highlighted "Uploaded" at the top, right of form.
