Kevin focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, including representing companies and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and liability matters, and defending individuals and business charged with committing a crime(s).

Kevin graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2022. During law school, Kevin interned for the State’s Attorney’s Office in Pennington County. There, he assisted prosecutors with hearings, jury trials, and bench trials for misdemeanor cases. Additionally, Kevin participated in moot court competitions making oral arguments in front of judges and seasoned attorneys.

After graduating law school, Kevin worked for a firm focused on probate litigation, estate planning, personal injury, and criminal defense. After which, he worked for a financial services firm that provides mutual funds, life insurance and annuities, to financial advisors and money managers.

Thereafter, Kevin moved to Denver after passing the Colorado bar exam in 2024.

Kevin is from Omaha, Nebraska. Prior to law school, he graduated with a B.S.B.A. in Banking & Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Kevin spends his free time in the mountains hiking and off-roading. Further, Kevin frequents art museums and galleries; and he likes to travel.
