Madison Winker joined Pollart Miller in 2024 as an Associate Attorney.
Ms. Winker focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, including representing companies and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and liability matters, and defending individuals and business charged with committing a crime(s).
Ms. Winker graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2024. During law school, Madison interned for the Cottonwood County Attorney's Office in Minnesota, assisting in criminal law, juvenile law, and child custody matters. She was also a law clerk at Bloch & Chapleau, LLC, where she aided the office on plaintiff-side personal injury matters. Then, she joined the Rocky Mountain Veterans Advocacy Project as a student law clerk where she assisted on cases involving petitions for military discharge upgrades and appeals to veterans’ disability claims.
Ms. Winker is originally from Windom, Minnesota. Prior to law school, she attended South Dakota State University where she graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Applied Statistics.
In her free time, Ms. Winker reads fictional books and watches motor sports, mainly Formula One. She also loves mountain hiking with her partner, Anirudh, and playing with her silly lab-mix, Skater.
