Mr. Callister joined the law firm of Pollart Miller LLC in 2020, and currently practices in the area of workers’ compensation defense.
With over sixteen years of experience as an attorney in Utah, Mr. Callister has successfully argued cases before the Utah Court of Appeals and Utah Supreme Court, and assisted health insurers with a wide variety of matters, including but not limited to subrogation and insurance coverage issues in the Federal and State Courts.
In the most recent years he has focused on workers’ compensation defense, achieving favorable results by tailoring his litigation strategies to meet the individualized goals and needs of each client. Mr. Callister attended the University of Utah where he graduated cum laude with degrees in Psychology, Sociology and a Certificate in Criminology and Corrections. Following his undergraduate studies Mr. Callister graduated from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
