Mr. DeVore graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2019. During law school, he focused on corporate law and specialized in working with cannabis businesses. Out of law school, he worked with a startup focused on cannabis regulatory compliance, helping businesses follow the many rules and regulations required of the industry.

Mr. DeVore is originally from Wichita, Kansas, and earned his B.S. in Economics at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Joseph was a member of the Honors College and participated in the Paddle People, a group of students who paint themselves orange and bang paddles on the walls of the stadium during football games.

Outside of work, Mr. DeVore enjoys making Kansas City style BBQ, watching every football game available, and spending time with his wife, Sara, their two pugs, Hazelnut and Teddy, and their three cats, Lucille, Prudence, and Frank.
