Since joining Pollart Miller, Mrs. Lee has focused her practice on civil litigation, including representing companies and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and liability matters, and defending individuals and businesses charged with committing a crime.

Katherine was born and raised right outside of D.C. in McLean, Virginia, and attended the College of William and Mary in Virginia and Wake Forest Law School in North Carolina before moving to Colorado in 2023 to begin her legal career.

Katherine was a founding board member of Wake Forest Law School’s Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and was additionally a Wake Forest Moot Court board member.

She has been an attorney with Pollart Miller since July of 2024, and currently lives in Castle Rock with her husband and three dogs – a beagle, a collie-mix, and a St. Bernard.
