Kyle Scoby joined Pollart Miller in September 2024.

Kyle focuses on insurance defense litigation, including representing companies and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and liability matters, and defending individuals and business charged with committing crimes.

During law school, Kyle was able to get his Certificate in Health Law in which he got a specialization in Health Law, including Fraud and Abuse within the Health Care system. He was also able to participate in the Guardian Ad Litem program in which he was sworn into limited practice and handled GAL cases for the Jackson Metropolitan Area. This allowed him to act as an officer of the court, being assigned to children that needed representation in family matters. Kyle also participated in the Health Law Society, Family Law Society, and the Sports and Entertainment Society.

Kyle is from Brandon MS; from there he attended the University of Mississippi in which he was part of the NROTC program and developed his love for the Law. He was able to be mentored by former Mississippi Supreme Court Justice Randy Pierce and William Luckett Esq. Kyle then went to the Mississippi College School of Law where he was awarded his J.D. In early 2024, he moved to Colorado to further his legal career and take the Colorado Bar.

Kyle enjoys the outdoors, and is an avid big game hunter in the southern mountain ranges of Colorado. He also enjoys bowling and recreational sports. He is a huge SEC fan and loves all things involved with college football.
