He focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, including representing companies and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and liability matters, and defending individuals and business charged with committing a crime(s).
Mr. Peterson graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2023. During law school, Mr. Peterson clerked for a consumer justice law firm in his hometown, focusing on medical malpractice and product liability claims. Mr. Peterson also interned for an organization that is at the forefront of name, image, and likeness compensation for collegiate athletes.
Mr. Peterson is from Tampa Bay, Florida. He enjoys skiing, running, and spending time with his friends and family. Prior to law school, Mr. Peterson earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Sports Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was also a four-year student-athlete.
