Megan Bornmann joined Pollart Miller, LLC in May of 2023. Ms. Bornmann has 6 years of experience as an attorney and 10 years of experience as a paralegal. 

She has represented a wide range of clients in employment law, wage claims, civil litigation, bankruptcy, debt settlement, and family law.  She has extensive experience in both representing and defending a wide variety of civil litigation matters.

Ms. Bornmann focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, including representing companies and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and liability matters, as well as representing individuals in various civil litigation matters involving claims of Title VII, the ADA, FMLA, and unpaid wages.

Prior to joining Pollart Miller, LLC, Ms. Bornmann worked at an employment law firm for nearly 4 years where she handled cases involving discrimination and unpaid wages, representing clients in civil litigation and with the EEOC.  In addition, Ms. Bornmann served as of counsel for another law firm involving these same types of cases and assisted with bankruptcies for several years. Prior to working in employment law, Ms. Bornmann represented individuals seeking debt settlement relief and those in collections litigation.  She began her legal career in family law, both as a paralegal and an attorney.  Ms. Bornmann worked as a paralegal for a family law firm for nearly 10 years throughout her undergraduate and law school studies.

Ms. Bornmann grew up in Indiana but has called Arizona her home since 2016. She is married and has a beloved rescue dog. Megan enjoys spending time with her family and her dog. After growing up in the Midwest, she enjoys being in the Arizona sun and loves to go hiking and camping.
