Ms. Prince has over 15 years of experience as an attorney with widespread experience in resolving worker’s compensation and insurance defense cases.
Drawing from her diverse background, Ms. Prince leverages her research skills to investigate, identify, assess, and interpret evidence. Whether handling clients, negotiating strategies, preparing litigation, or gathering information for trial, Ms. Prince has a track record for success that stems from her commitment to maintain in-depth understanding of legal processes and procedures.
Ms. Prince graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 1999. After law school Ms. Prince completed a Judicial Clerkship for the Hon. R. Brooke Jackson with the 1st Judicial District of Colorado researching, civil, criminal, and domestic disputes while also helping with research to determine the applicability of the Colorado Open Records Act. After completing her clerkship Ms. Prince served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Appeals Section of the Colorado State Attorney General’s Office before moving into the private sector.
After leaving the Attorney General’s office Ms. Prince joined the staff counsel office for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group handling all phases of worker’s compensation claims as well as filing of subrogation claims (defending property, auto, and general liability claims). For last several years Ms. Prince has worked in private practice with an emphasis on workers compensation and appellate work.
