Robbie focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, including representing companies and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and liability matters, and defending individuals and businesses charged with committing a crime(s).

During law school Robbie clerked for a firm which focused its practice on complex civil litigation including construction product defect, minority shareholder litigation, contractual disputes, and employment matters. In addition to his law clerk position, Robbie was an active member of the ABA Negotiation Team which traveled across the country competing in negotiation competitions with other law schools.

Robbie graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. Robbie was then hired by Pollart Miller as an associate attorney after passing the bar in 2024.

Robbie is from Boulder, Colorado and graduated with a B.A. in English-Writing from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.

Robbie enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his family. He enjoys playing golf, hockey and soccer. Robbie also writes and plays music on his guitar.
