Effective as of September 8, 2026, Attorney Megan Bornmann will join us as a Pollart Miller Non-Equity Member.
We are honored to welcome back Megan, who will serve as lead insurance defense litigator and focus her practice primarily in Workers’ Compensation and liability matters, representing companies and insurance carriers.
Megan’s legal expertise also includes representing clients in various civil litigation matters including tort claims, insurance subrogation, Title VII, the ADA, and FMLA.
Prior to joining Pollart Miller, Megan practiced employment law handling cases involving discrimination and unpaid wages, representing clients in civil litigation, both in state court and federal court, and with the EEOC.
In her previous tenure with Pollart Miller, Megan was awarded the Super Lawyers, Thomson Reuters Rising Star distinction.
Megan joins our Pollart Miller team of over 70 employees representing clients in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nebraska, and Utah. Originally founded as a Workers’ Compensation and Subrogation law practice in 2003, Pollart Miller’s legal representation extends to Appellate Law, Labor and Employment Law, Administrative and Regulatory Law, General Insurance Law, Civil Litigation, Construction Law, Subrogation and Recovery , and Workers’ Compensation.
