
Rachel Konishi joined Pollart Miller LLC in 2018. Her practice focuses on worker’s compensation defense where she represents a wide variety of clients, from Fortune 100 to small employers.
Ms. Konishi has extensive experience handling workers’ compensation cases from start to finish, including briefing before the Utah Court of Appeals and Utah Supreme Court. Her firm-but-fair negotiation skills and attention to detail provides her clients with effective advocacy and creative solutions for cost-driven results.
Ms. Konishi graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2012. While in law school she gained valuable trial advocacy experience as a clerk for the Utah County Attorney’s Office. Following law school, she worked for a company handling complex civil litigation discovery for several large law firms located throughout the United States. She then worked for a law firm in the Salt Lake City area assisting a wide variety of clients with worker’s compensation defense, civil litigation, and contractual matters.
When not working, Ms. Konishi enjoys volunteering at the local children’s hospital as part of a pet therapy team with her dog and volunteering as the mock trial attorney coach for her alma mater’s high school mock trial team.
