Rachel Konishi joined Pollart Miller LLC in 2018. Her practice focuses on worker’s compensation defense where she represents a wide variety of clients.
Ms. Konishi graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2012. While in law school she gained valuable trial advocacy experience as a clerk for the Utah County Attorney’s Office. Following law school, she had the unique opportunity to work for a company handling complex civil litigation discovery for several large law firms located throughout the United States. She managed multiple teams of attorneys, consistently met deadlines and increased client satisfaction. Ms. Konishi was able to utilize her advanced technology and analytics skills to maximize results while cutting costs for her clients.
Most recently, Ms. Konishi worked at a law firm in the Salt Lake City area where she assisted a wide variety of clients with worker’s compensation defense, civil litigation, and contractual matters. She enjoys finding creative solutions for the matters her clients are dealing with and believes open communication with her clients facilitates an effective working relationship.
